Makes 1 protein serving.
1.) Grind melba toast into powder and place into small dish. In bowl, combine crabmeat and remaining ingredients.
2.) Mix well & form into patties.
3.) Coat each side of patty with grissini powder.
4.) Brown in nonstick skillet over MED heat for 3 minutes each side, or place on George Foreman for 4-5 minutes.
5.) Serve immediately or Place them on a non-stick baking sheet @ 350 for 10-15 minutes.
6.) Then broil for 1-2 minutes each side to brown.
