Ready in 40 minutes

This is really good with crusty bread or crackers as an appetizer, or with Israeli couscous as a main course.


1 lb. crabmeat
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup Mexican blend grated cheese
1/4 cup Vidalia onion; chopped
1 tbsp chives; chopped
1 tbsp malt vinegar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp Tabasco sauce

Original recipe makes 6



Mix everything in a bowl. Than bake in an oven proof serving dish for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Great dip! Could use a little more old bay maybe...

Everyone loved it! I did not have hot sauce so I added 1tsp. more of Old Bay and used apple cider vinegar.
