"I like this recipe because it dosn't have a lot of ingredients. It's a great basic recipe that can be expanded in almost any way. Try using Italian bread crumbs or make it asian with a little soy sauce, or maybe even better with fish sauce. It's endless what can be done."
Stuffed mushroom caps is always an elegant appetizer, and these are so easy to make!
Preheat oven to 350F. Marinate mushroom caps in Italian dressing for 20 minutes. Combine crab meat, mayonnaise, onion, eggs, and 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Fill mushrooms with crabmeat mixture. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup bread crumbs on top. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden.

jen8834 2y agoYum this recipe is great! I added a little shredded parmesan just before these turned golden, then broiled on low to melt and crisp the cheese. They were very easy and really tasty! Will definitely make again!
