Easy, quick holiday appetizers


24 mushrooms; cleaned
1 oz. whipped cream cheese
1 6-oz can crabmeat
1 small Onion; minced
1/2 tsp. horseradish
2 tbs.. Bread crumbs
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbs.. milk
1 half Lemon; sliced
6 sprigs Parsley

Original recipe makes 2



1. Combine all ingredients except mushrooms.

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3. Fill mushrooms with crabmeat mixture.

4. In large baking dish coat with 2 tbs.. of butter and bake mushrooms for 10 minutes.

Garnish with sliced lemon and parsley.

Needs way more than 10 minutes at 350. I left it in for 30 minutes (until it bubbled on top). Also, I added 1/4 cup of Parmessan Cheese (grated).
