1/2 c Onions; chopped
16 oz Sour cream
2 c Cheddar Cheese; grated
3 Tbsp. Butter
1 cn Cream of chicken soup

A friend send me this site today. And I maded the Cracker Barrell Hash Brown Casserole. I love it will have to wait tonight to see what family thinks...the site is gerri Place potatoes in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Season with salt and pepper. In a bowl add minced onions, and mix together sour cream, and cream of chicken soup. Pour over potatoes; sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese and butter, that you have cut into cubes.
