Cranberry Apple Crisp
1. Combine apples, cranberries, 1/4 Cup brown sugar, and orange peel in a large bowl and toss gently until fruit is coated. Then place in a greased 8x8 pan.
2. Combine 3/4 cup brown sugar, flour, rolled oats, oat bran, and ground cinnamon in medium bowl.
3. Combine butter, oil, and nuts in medium bowl.
4. Cut into flour mixture until crumbly.
5. Sprinkle evenly over apple mixture.
6. Bake at 350 degrees until fruit is soft and topping crisp, 45-50 minutes.
7. Serve warm with milk or frozen yogurt.
