2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Flour
1 1/2 c Old-fashioned rolled oats
2/3 c Sweetened dried cranberries
2/3 c Butter; softened
2/3 c Brown Sugar; packed
1/2 ts Salt
2/3 c White chocolate chunks
1 ts Baking soda

Original recipe makes 1



Preheat oven 375 F. Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, mix well. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in a separate mixing bowl. Add to butter mixture in several additions, mixing well after each addition. Stir in cranberries and chocolate. Drop by spoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Fabulous! I actually think this recipe could be modified to make these into a great breakfast bar. I added some raisins into the mix for fun, but otherwise stayed true to the recipe. Thanks so much for sharing this one. ;)
