Cranberry salad with or without nuts
Cut apples and orange into chunks - remove seeds. Put into blender (covered) with some water. Use coarse grind setting. Drain and save water.
Put cranberries into blender (covered) with saved water. Use coarse grind setting. DO NOT OVER GRIND. Add more water if needed.
Bring 2 cups of water to boil. Mix in Jello mix. Let cool but do NOT let it set up.
Add sugar to cranberries, apples and orange. Stir in flavoring. MIX IN NUTS IF DESIRED.
Mix into Jello. Let cool to set up.
Do not over grind cranberries or apple. Use nuts of your choice.
