Sauté Bell Pepper, Onion and Garlic in Butter (about 5 minutes until onions are clear)
Add Flour, Salt, Pepper, Tony's to make roux season to your liking and cook 10-15 minutes
Add Half-and-half cream and velvetta. Continue to heat on Med/low until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
Add Parsley and Crawfish.
In Large pot boil water and cook Noodles until tender and drain
Spray 13x9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread cooked noodles in the bottom of the pan. Pour Sauce mixture over noodles making sure to cover all noodles.
Bake 15 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes. Serve And Enjoy
