Add pimientos and green onions to crawfish. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together and add to crawfish. Add broth or water and mix to make a thick batter. Cover and let rest for 1/2 hour. ReverendKenI loved it, but made my own sauce in the vita mix with Serano peppers, and Tapatio hot sauce, and a fair amount of horse radish, oh in the recipe itself I put red pepper flakes. This was a real hit with my freinds, they asked me to tell them when I made it again.1y ago
