Try this Crawfish Fritters recipe, or contribute your own.
Add pimientos and green onions to crawfish. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together and add to crawfish. Add broth or water and mix to make a thick batter. Cover and let rest for 1/2 hour. ReverendKen 1y agoI loved it, but made my own sauce in the vita mix with Serano peppers, and Tapatio hot sauce, and a fair amount of horse radish, oh in the recipe itself I put red pepper flakes. This was a real hit with my freinds, they asked me to tell them when I made it again.

promfh 10y agoThis recipe also works with small shrimp or chunks of firm white fish. I serve it wih a Mango-Habanero dipping sauce.
