Ingredients

Are you making this? 
1 stick Butter
1 large Onion; chopped
2 Stalks Celery; minced finely
1/4 cup Green onion; finely sliced
2 Cloves garlic; minced finely
2 cans Cream of potato soup
1 can Cream style white or yellow corn
1 pound Crawfish tails w/ fat
1 quart Half&half
Salt to taste
Tony Cashere's Seasoning Mix; to taste
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley; chopped finely

Original recipe makes 6 Servings

Preparation

Melt the stick of butter in medium sized pot over medium to medium-high heat

Saute onions in butter, then add celery, green onion, and garlic and simmer for an additional 5 min. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.

Serve hot with french bread or garlic bread.
