This is a delicious alternative to plain old scrambled eggs. The velvety texture of these eggs is very rich and creamy. We love to make these for family and guests for special brunches.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and cream until smooth. Beat in the eggs, Parmesan cheese, lemon-pepper and salt. Stir in bacon crumbles.
In a large skillet, melt butter; add egg mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set. Serve warm.
