2 ts Vanilla extract
4 c cottage cheese; Cream-style
12 Crepes
1/3 c Sugar
8 oz Cream cheese

Original recipe makes 1



Cream the cream cheese with sugar. Blend in cottage cheese and vanilla. Place 3 Tbsp. filling in center of each crepe. Fold opposite sides to middle to cover filling and fold the other two sides to middle to make a square package. Place side by side in a shallow baking dish. Heat at 350 for about 15 minutes.
