Allow cream cheese and butter to come to room temperature. Cream together cheese, vanilla, & butter until fluffy. Gradually beat in powdered sugar and mix until smooth and fluffy.

LMBarnes 2 years agoI made this recipe with 4 cups sugar... next time I will use 1/2-1 cup more as it came out a little too thin. It tasted wonderful though and I will definately make it again.
jsforcer 2 years agoJust used the whole box of confectioner's sugar. I added food coloring for my cousins birthday.

astarinajar 3 years agoI also only used about 4.5-5 cups powdered sugar. The recipe was enough to ice two layers on my pineapple cake. Very creamy & tasty!
