sugar cookies
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine sugar, butter, cream cheese, salt, almond extract, vanilla and egg yolk.
Beat until smooth.
Stir until well blended.
Chill for a couple of hours (or overnight)
Roll out dough to 1/8 inch thickness
Cut into shapes.
Bake for 7-10 minutes
