Prepare as a side with Smoked Duck Breast in Woodford Reserve & Orange Syrup
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cut leeks in half lengthwies and lay cut side down in buttered casserole dish. Drizzle with heavy cream and add white wine or broth. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes. Uncover, add cheese and bake another 10-15 minutes - until leeks are tender and cheese is bubbly.
