HRT 281 Recipe
Drain spinach well and squeeze out excess moisture with hands; chop and set aside.
Cut raw bacon into 1/4 inch strips (or substitute with a slice of butter).
Fry bacon in a saute pan, when almost crispy add shallot and garlic. cook to tender.
Add flour to make a roux
Slowly add cream, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add spinach and stir until creamy.
Season with Lawry's salt and add pepper to taste.
