Easy creamy chicken breasts, with swiss cheese.

"I'm not sure where she acquired this recipe originally, but my mother-in-law has made this recipe for years. She has altered it a little a bit from the original. She substitutes water for the White Wine. Also we use dried bread crumbs instead of the stuffing (reduces salt) and adds 1/8 teaspoon sage and 1/2 teaspons of instant minced onions.

This is a very easy recipe that you can throw together, put it in the oven and forget about it until the buzzer goes off! And very delicious!"

Delicious. I saw a similar recipe online but followed this.. almost. I decided to omit the wine and used 2% milk with the cream of chicken. I used a 26oz can saving half to pour over rice. I also mixed some of the soup with the stuffing mix so it wouldn't be too crunchy. Lastly I used shredded cheese mix with a cream cheese blend because that's what I had on hand. It was a hit!

Looks fantastic do you have any suggestions if my family doesn't like swiss cheese?

Very yummy and moist. I cooked it for only 30 mins and used chicken broth instead of wine. Also mixed in mushrooms to the mixture.

Yum! It was easy to make my only suggestion is baking it for less time. It was still juicy, but borderline if we did it any longer. Normally when I bake in my oven I only do it for about 30-35 mins so I'll try that next time.

Family potluck and everyone loved it!! I used filleted chicken breasts and instead of cream of chicken and stuffing I used cream of mushroom and plain bread crumbs. Great and easy, just perfect!!
