Ready in 30 minutes
This sounds common, but it tastes nothing like anything I've ever made and it is delicious. Left-overs from this dinner are all mine.
1) Cook pasta according to package and drain.
2) Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet. Cook chicken until done. Turn heat to low - medium; add garlic and red bell pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove chicken and peppers from pan.
3) With heat still on low - medium, melt butter in the same skillet. Whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Add cream cheese and Parmesan. Continue stirring until completely smooth.
4) Turn off heat. Add in chicken, pasta, and green onions. Mix well and serve immediately.
Combine salad and pears and serve with favorite dressing.

Djw302 1y agoThis is a fantastic recipe and it came together very quickly! I made a few modifications based on what I had in my pantry. I used pre-cooked rotisserie chicken and diced Mayan onions to the red bell pepper mix. I also used a jalapeño soft cream cheese to add some kick. I also seasoned with salt & pepper to taste at the end. It was delicious!
Chef_Mommy 1y agoIt was so delicious! I used 6 chicken breast, used the whole box of noodles, and did the sauce recipe two times and also added bacon flavored alfredo sauce. It was great ! Im glad that I chose to make this.

mlm1079 2y agoWould've been bland without these additions: Salt, Pepper, Caramelized onions, red pepper flakes, extra garlic. Even with, it was ok. Bacon would be a great addition as well as fresh tomato.
