Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in a large sauce pan over medium heat ;sauté onions and garlic, sauté until they are soft. Add corn tortilla strips and saute a couple minutes. Add canned tomatoes, spices and chicken brother and bring to a boil. Allow to cool for five minutes. Process in batches in food processor until smooth.
Put back in pot. Add chicken, corn and return to a boil and simmer for five minutes or until it starts to thicken. Then add heavy cream and cheese and cilantro ,stir to melt cheese. add lime juice and season with salt and pepper to taste serve topped with tomatoes and a dollop of sour cream. Add cayenne pepper for hear.
