This one is a big hit at parties. I use the fake crab but eventually I want to try this one with real crab too.


Ingredients

1 ounce Louis Kemp Crab Delights
1 ounce Cream Cheese; Room temperature
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Onion; chopped
1 large Artichoke Hearts; Drained and chopped
3/4 ounce Parmesan Cheese; Shredded

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 375 F. In mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and place mixture into a glass pie plate. Bake, uncovered, for 15 - 18 minutes until heated through and lightly browned. Serve with crackers or French bread.
