Refreshing and creamy with a touch of tang. Didn't have a recipe so looked at several and combined the interesting bits to get this one and it turned out fabulous! It tastes great right after it's made but is even better if it sits at least a couple of hours in the fridge.
Whisk together sugar, mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar, parsley flakes and salt in large bowl till smooth. Add cucumbers, peas and onion, tossing gently to coat with dressing.
