Really quick and simple pasta dish made famous by Alfredo the Roman restaurateur. Great for when you're in a hurry.
1) Bring large pan of water to the boil and add pasta. Cook according to instructions on packet.
2) While pasta is cooking, gently melt butter in a large pan. Add cream and then bring to the boil, simmering for about 5 mins. Add Parmesan, salt and pepper and remove from heat.
3) Once pasta is cooked drain and add into sauce over a low heat. Toss until pasta is evenly coated.
4) Serve with black pepper and extra Parmesan to taste.
