"I made this tonight and it was a HUGE hit!! Made some minor changes. I doubled the recipe and used 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of chicken broth. I used fresh mushrooms and served it over almond rice!! So delicious!!!"- Kmariemix
1. Place chicken in bottom of crockpot.
2. Combine salad dressing mix and water.
3. Pour over chicken.
4. Cover & cook on low for 3 hours.
5. In small mixing bowl, mix cream cheese & soup until blended.
6. Stir in mushrooms.
7. Pour over chicken.
8. Cook for 1 hour or longer or until chicken juices run clear.
9. Serve over rice or pasta.
Jackiechan042003 4 months agoWonderful! I put two thighs and two breasts, totally forgot the mushrooms, and mixed in egg noodles into the crockpot right before serving. Will definitely make again.

ageremia626 1 year agoThis was delicious and very easy to make! I added a can of petite diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper. The sauce was amazing! My family loved it! I will definitely make it again!

kyjaxmom 1 year agoThis was very good. Make sure you don't cook too long or the chicken will dry out. I served with egg noodles and sauteed broccoli.
B_Williams1992 1 year agoI had to tweak the recipe a little bit as I didn't have cream of chicken and instead used cream of mushroom mixed with chicken broth and it turned out amazing. Definitely will make again!
