Ready in 45 minutes
"I made this tonight and it was a HUGE hit!! Made some minor changes. I doubled the recipe and used 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of chicken broth. I used fresh mushrooms and served it over almond rice!! So delicious!!!"
1. Place chicken in bottom of crockpot.
2. Combine salad dressing mix and water.
3. Pour over chicken.
4. Cover & cook on low for 3 hours.
5. In small mixing bowl, mix cream cheese & soup until blended.
6. Stir in mushrooms.
7. Pour over chicken.
8. Cook for 1 hour or longer or until chicken juices run clear.
9. Serve over rice or pasta.
jodilarson 1m agoI've made this dish at least 6 times in the last 2-3 months. It's easy to make and tastes amazing. I shred the chicken after its cooked and it's amazing!!!

Jackiechan042003 1y agoWonderful! I put two thighs and two breasts, totally forgot the mushrooms, and mixed in egg noodles into the crockpot right before serving. Will definitely make again.

ageremia626 2y agoThis was delicious and very easy to make! I added a can of petite diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper. The sauce was amazing! My family loved it! I will definitely make it again!
Hoffy79 2y agoI made this (both parts) days in advance and it tasted great. Served with rice.
kyjaxmom 2y agoThis was very good. Make sure you don't cook too long or the chicken will dry out. I served with egg noodles and sauteed broccoli.
