2. Add the dry chicken gravy mix over the top of the chicken.
3. Pour in the soup. Add the wine.
4. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
5. Add the cream cheese and continue to cook 30 minutes.
6. Remove the chicken to a plate.
7. Whisk the ingredients in the crock pot to make sure everything is mixed together well.
8. Place one piece of chicken over a bed of pasta.
9. Top with the mushroom mixture.
