Begin by boiling two chicken breasts in water and seasons to taste for 20 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
Cook pasta according to directions on the box.
Cut up the chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Combine cooked chicken, pesto, black pepper, milk, and cream of chicken soup.
Cook 5 minutes until bubbling, then add cooked pasta noodles. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until all is heated through.
Add some broccoli for extra veggies if you want!
