20 oz potatoes; peeled and cubed
1/2 package dry ranch salad dressing mix
1 lb boneless chicken breast; cubed
1 10-oz can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup onion; chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Original recipe makes 5



Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together and place into crockpot.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.

I prepared this dish in a skillet die to time constraints. The recipe as followed seemed a bit dull and bland. I added about a 1/2 cup of milk, some frozen broccoli, mushrooms and about 1/4 of dry white wine. It's still only 'okay.'
