From Phyllis' cookbook
Saute leeks. Add broth, potatoes, spinach, nutmeg, salt and pepper to pressure cooker. Bring to a boil. Place on pressure lid and bring to 1st ring of pressure. Lower heat and pressure for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and release pressure under cold water.
Add milk. Puree in blender. Return to pressure cooker and place lid on until ready to serve.
