Heat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients in Kitchen Aid
Stir in Andes mints and chocolate chips
Use medium ice cream scoop, put 12 dough drops on a Sil-Pat, roughly 2 inches apart. Flip sheet pan over and use the bottom for the Sil-Pat.
Bake 8-10 minutes
