These are great as appetizers or snacks. A helpful tip is to make these on a day that isn't too humid, otherwise they may end up soggy, rather than crispy.
Grate cheese, and cream with margarine in mixer. Add flour, salt and pepper and mix together. Add Corn Flakes and mix well. Pinch off small amount and form into small ball. Flatten on cookie sheet (as thin as possible). Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
