Easy to make
Preheat oven 400? 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam
35 min with foil - 10 - 15 min with foil removed.
Dip chicken in milk, than press cheddar cheese into chicken, and then dip into cracker crumbs and press in.
Place in pan and cover with foil. Bake for 35 min then remove foil and bake an additional 10 - 15 min until edges of chicken is golden brown and crispy.
Put cream of chicken soup into sauce pan with the sour cream and butter and heat. Serve over chicken.
Looks good and easy to make.
