tasty chicken strips
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and garlic salt.
Whisk egg whites and water in separate bowl.
Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, then into crumb mixture to coat evenly.
Bake 14-16 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
Can also sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each piece and stick back in oven for 1 minute to melt.
