"Tried this recipe today. Based on some of the other reviews, I opted to soak the chicken in salt water prior to cooking. In addition, I sliced the chicken breasts to allow for better coating. I also added a little garlic powder and black pepper. The coating kept the chicken very moist and it turned out very tasty. E little bites that I ended up with could easily be used as an appetizer with various dips."
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix bread crumbs, oatmeal and parmesan cheese in medium bowl. In a separate bowl, coat chicken breasts in salad dressing and then dredge chicken through bread crumb mixture evenly coating both sides. Place breaded chicken breasts in baking pan and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese if desired. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes depending on the size of your chicken breasts.
Try adding bit of mustard or horseradish to the salad dressing or your favorite blends of herbs or spices to the breadcrumb mixture for easy and flavorful variations.

DoubleChin 6 months agoYum! Turned out great, only had enough crumb coating for 3 huge chicken breasts. Crushed croutons for bread crumbs. Will make again.
ljmarchand 11 month agoReally quick and easy. I didn't have seasoned bread crumbs but had some seasoned croutons from Costco which I ground up and used. I thought I was out of parmesan so I used about a table spoon of Johnny's garlic spread seasoning. After I coated my chicken I found my parmesan so sprinkled some on top. Really good. Family loved it!
