Suggest a better descriptionMMMMM---------------------------SAUCE-------------------------------- 1 c Evaporated skim milk 1 tb Cornstarch 1 pk Instant onion/mushroom soup -mix Directions: Sauce - Whisk together the milk and cornstarch over low heat until smooth. Stir in soup mix and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and set aside. In a large skillet heat the oil. Add the garlic and onion. saute lightly and add the beef. Cook over high heat for about 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and saute until tender. Reduce the heat and stir in the sauce, yogurt and parsley. Do not overheat, as the yogurt will curdle. Serve over noodles.
