Suggest a better descriptionDredge the strips of beef in flour and place on the bottom of the crock-pot. Salt and pepper to your taste. Add the onion, mushrooms, beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
Just before serving, stir the sour cream into the stroganoff. Serve on bed of noodles.
