Put everything in before bed and wake up to a yummy, hearty breakfast
Spray crock pot with non stick cooking spray.
Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper for 5 mins.
Place 1/3 hash browns in bottom of crock pot.
Layer 1/3 bacon, 1/3 vegetables, and 1/3 cheese.
Repeat layers ending with cheese.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, dill, salt, and pepper.
Pour over ingredients in crock pot.
Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
When done, internal temp will be 160°.
One could use breakfast sausage instead of bacon.
