Combine beans, onion, chili peppers, corn, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, cumin, chili powder and taco seasoning in a slow cooker. Place chicken on top and cover. Cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 6 hours. Half hour before serving, remove chicken and shred. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in. Top with fresh cilantro. Also try it with low fat cheese and sour cream.

JStoley 5 months agoGreat recipe! I found that 2 chicken breasts were enough for us. I only had tomato paste, so I added a bit of water but will put more in next time. It was a pretty thick chili but still really good! Another winner!!

Dana2877 1 year agoEasy and tasty. I left out chili peppers so my 3 y/o would eat it. Then my husband and I added cayenne pepper to our own taste.
EricaBananas 1 year agoPerfect recipe for a chilly fall day! I added garlic, a hot pepper and used plain Greek yogurt with low day cheese as a topper. Yummy!
