A little bit spicy, very delicious, and so easy to put together and prepare!

1 onion; chopped
1 16 oz can black beans
1 16 oz can kidney beans
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 10 oz package frozen corn; (or 2 small cans of corn kernels)
2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes with chilis
1 packet taco seasoning
1 Tbsp cumin
1 Tbsp chili powder
3-4 chicken breasts; boneless/skinless
chili peppers, chopped; (optional)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro; chopped

Original recipe makes 10 Servings

Combine beans, onion, chili peppers, corn, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, cumin, chili powder and taco seasoning in a slow cooker. Place chicken on top and cover. Cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 6 hours. Half hour before serving, remove chicken and shred. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in. Top with fresh cilantro. Also try it with low fat cheese and sour cream.

Excellent! I booked chicken & shredded. Used 1/2 low sodium taco seasoning. Sautéed green bell pepper, onion & garlic. I used frozen corn. This is a thick chili. I served with Gucamole, Fritos, cheese & sour cream. Teenagers love it

Great recipe! I found that 2 chicken breasts were enough for us. I only had tomato paste, so I added a bit of water but will put more in next time. It was a pretty thick chili but still really good! Another winner!!

LOVE this recipe. So easy to make and lasts my husband and me for several days. Serve it with some fresh avocado, sour cream and shredded cheddar.

Delicious! I made this for my family of three so we had leftovers but they were just as amazing the next day.

Even my VERY picky kids loved this! Added cheese and sour cream. Made it more creamy and delicious. Thank you for this one!

Easy and tasty. I left out chili peppers so my 3 y/o would eat it. Then my husband and I added cayenne pepper to our own taste.

Perfect recipe for a chilly fall day! I added garlic, a hot pepper and used plain Greek yogurt with low day cheese as a topper. Yummy!
