Very easy prep with a nice sweet tangy sauce
Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Rinse Cornish game hens and pat dry. Sprinkle inside and out with salt and pepper. Spoon stuffing into hens and truss. Place neck ends down in crockpot.
Mix chicken stock, cut-up orange, orange juice, honey, vegetable oil, lemon juice, and orange peel. Pour Sauce in pot and Baste hens with the sauce. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours. Baste hens once or twice during cooking.
Spoon sauce over hens to serve
