Delish French Onion soup that you can easily make in a crock pot
IF YOU LOVE CHEESE LIKE I DO BUY 2 PACKAGES OF SHREDDED CHEESE BECAUSE HONESTLY 1 PACKAGE EACH WAS NOT ENOUGH
Step 1. Pour the 8 cans of beef broth into your crock pot and put in a couple of cubes of bullion cubes
Step 2. Peel and cut the onions to the desired size (ex. I cut mine into quarters because I like bigger slices of onions in my bowl)
Step 3. place the crock pot on warm for 6-8 hours (I like to do this around midnight because I can have it for lunch as well as dinner since I use 8 cans)
Step 4. Check to see if the flavor is to your liking (if not add more bullion cubes)... then pour into bowls, add Texas toast cubed or whole and place it on top of the soup in the bowl, then place the desired amount of shredded Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle on top... then microwave for a minute for the cheese to melt and enjoy....
CAUTION THE BOWL WILL BE EXTREMELY HOT ESPECIALLY IF IT IS GLASS OR CERAMIC
easy to where you can add some things here and there and you can make french toast with the left over white Texas toast that you did not use
