Ready in 45 minutes
A hearty, meaty soup perfect for a chilly winter evening, and so easy to make. Just turn on the crock-pot and let it cook all day!
Crumble beef into slow cooker. Add pepper, basil, oregano, season salt, and dry onion soup mix. Stir in boiling water, tomato sauce, soy sauce. Add potatoes, celery, onion, and carrots. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Turn to high, add cooked macaroni. Cover and cook on high 10-15 minutes.
For variations, try adding some chili powder to your spices for a little kick, or sprinkle in a bit of your favorite cheese!

susieq_64 3y agoI just made this for supper and it was really good. I fried my hamburger first and added cayenne for some kick. My son is a picky eater and he even ate this. It was a hit with the entire family . I will make this again. :-)
