An easy beef tips recipe that will not disappoint. Always comes out so good and tender. The perfect comforting meal on those cold winter nights.
1. Turn crockpot on high.
2. Put cubed beef tips in heated crockpot; season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. In a medium sized bowl, mix/whisk the soup, broth, and onion soup mix until well blended.
4. Pour on top of tips and stir until evenly coated.
5. Cover and cook on high for at least 5 hours or on low for at least 7 hours or until tender to your liking.
Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles.
**optional- If gravy is too thin for you, in a bowl, whisk together the flour and water until smooth.
Stir into crockpot and let it come to a low boil (stirring to get rid of any white lumps).
