Layer the ingredients in the Crock Pot as so:

Onions
Cheese

Whisk the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper. Pour the eggs over the layered ingredients.
Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until the eggs are cooked. Other versions of this recipe call for 8-10 hours, this is far too long. The bacon is already pre cooked, and you only need to wait for the eggs to solidify. Enjoy with a Bloody Mary or freshly baked bread. Yummy!
