Place roast into crock pot. Empty packet of Italian dressing mix over it . Throw in the four bouillon cubes. Open jar of pepperocini peppers ( do NOT drain) and pour over roast . Cookson high all day. When ready to serve take two forks and start pulling apart the meat until it is shtredded. Put on hogie rolls. Many people, especially Chicagoans add cheese , sautéed peppers and onion or giardinera. Enjoy the your way!
