Crockpot Mexican Potato Corn Chowder

6 bacon strips; uncooked and diced
3/4 cup celery; diced
1 small onion; diced
14 small potatoes; peeled, diced
1 can cream style corn - (17 oz)
1 can whole kernel corn - (12 oz); do not drain
3 cups milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
1 can diced green chilies - (4 oz)
1 large yellow onion; diced fine
1 green pepper; diced fine
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt; to taste
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons dried parsley; or 1 TB fresh
1 teaspoon minced garlic; to taste
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
2 cup shredded medium Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

In saucepan, cook bacon, celery and onion over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Drain.

In a 5-6 quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.

Stir in shredded cheese. Simmer on LOW for at least 1 hour.

I agree, if you have a question about a recipe, why in the world would you rate it a 1 STAR???? Maybe this is something Big Oven STAFF needs to address, so that it doesn't take away from the actual recipe and how it tastes???? See how easy this is people, I made a statement, gave it 5 stars, without taking away from the integrity of the actual recipe!!!!
