Suggest a better descriptionCombine in crock pot and cook all day all except the macaroni. About 45 minutes before serving, add macaroni. Sprinkle with mozarella cheese before serving. ***This is one of our favorite soups. Its thick, like a stew. You can use either fresh chicken or cooked chicken. Its better if fresh chicken is used.
