This is a real family favourite - and so simple. Its nice served with rice or with mashed potato and steamed vegetables.
Trim fat from the chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired. Place in the crock pot.
Add in all remaining ingredients except the water and cornflour. Cook on low for 5 1/2 hours.
Blend the cornflour with the water and stir into the crock pot. Cook for a further 30 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
