"Absolutely wonderful! I did not use the foil balls. I stuffed the cavity with rosemary sprigs, chopped onion and crushed garlic cloves and rubbed the skin with olive oil, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. The chicken was fantastic and I made gravy with the juice. This is going to be a regular dish in my house from now on."

3 pound chicken; rinsed, patted dry, (up to 4-pounds)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/8 tsp. season salt
aluminum foil

I cooked the chicken on high for 5 hours and it was perfectly done. Used Cajun spice instead of season salt. Pretty tasty

I will make this again, however I will cut the cooking time in half. My chicken came out way too dry despite being over twice as big as called for in the recipe.

this was ok..didn't really 'taste' like store bought rotisserie but the flavor was good! Took others advice and stuck in 400 degree oven for about 10/15 mins to brown up...
