This crowd-pleasin' spaghetti sauce is a nice change from some of the sweeter store-bought varieties. For simplicity, the uncooked spaghetti is broken up in the crockpot and cooked with the sauce. Serve with a green salad and some crusty bread for a complete meal.
Brown ground beef in skillet; drain. Place in crock pot. Add all remaining ingredients (except dry spaghetti) and stir together. Cook on high 4 to 5 hours. Stir in dry spaghetti and cook on high until spaghetti is cooked through, about 40 to 60 minutes. Can be doubled.
If desired, you can substitute 1/2 cup chopped onion for the dried minced onion. Also, we sometimes add 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper.
