Cook sausage in skillet over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until browned; drain.
Spray the inside of a 4-5 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix sausage, marinara sauce, mushrooms and tomatoes in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 8 hours.
Stir in tortellini; sprinkle cheese. Cover and cook on low heat setting about 15 minutes longer or until tortellini is tender.
