Add tomatoes, toss with 1 tsp oil. Bake 10 min. Transfer tomatoes and their juices to a bowl. Place bread cubes and romaine on baking pan. Drizzle romaine with 1 tsp oil, tossing to coat. Return pan to oven. Bake 5 min. or until bread is golden and romaine is browned at edges. Add bread to bowl with tomatoes. Toss to combine. Let stand 5 min.
